Today there are only 21 more days until you turn 40. I know that the following quality of yours has definitely improved with age:
I know that we both tend to be stubborn, but you are always so good about trying to find a happy medium. I can always count on you to work through an argument or situation where we don't agree.
You do this with the boys as well, and they appreciate you for it. They know that they can reason with you and that you will be fair in making deals with them. You are a great model to them as someone who knows when to stick to their guns and when to compromise.
