We introduced the little bugger to the big dogs yesterday.
We had him in the crate to start with just in case, although neither big dog is small-critter aggressive.
He wasn't scared at all, and came running over to the other two, wagging his tail.
After a little while, we let him out. This was much better, as they could now sniff each other full force.
And even give a few kisses.
And sniff some more.
And practice acting possessed to confused onlookers.
I love that the chihuahua is bullying the pit bull.
The pup lost interest before Coco did.
Blue's attention would wander every now and then too, but that's pretty normal for him. After all, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. Trains of thought get lost in that big noggin of his.
Ralph and the boys like the name Rhino for the pup. (Cinnamon Carl says it reminds him of rhinoplasty.) The name came to Ralph after watching the animated movie Bolt, which features a hamster sidekick named Rhino with serious delusions of grandeur. Pretty funny, actually, although I still like Moose better.
