I always knew that reality-show "stars" made a certain amount of money for displaying their dysfunctional, self-absorbed selves in front of a camera, but I never knew how much. I figured, how much could it really be worth to let the world know you're a narcissistic moron?
A lot, apparently.
I happened upon the blog, Closet Cravings, and saw this written under a picture of Kristin Cavallari, reality-show diva of Laguna Beach and now The Hills:
The bitch is officially back tonight. Kristin Cavallari returns to her reality show roots. Making $90k an epi, clearly it is worth it. Cha-ching.
$90,000 an episode for making a complete fool of yourself.
No wonder Spencer and Heidi are willing to do that over and over and over again.
