Felting Frenzy

The boys are with their mom this week, so I've had a bit of time to catch up on some things. I finally finished Ralph's mom's birthday present. Here it is before felting:

I forget how big I have to make them to get a decent size after they are felted.


I tried something new; crocheting flowers.


Here's the flower after felting:

I like how it looks like a rosebud.

Here's the purse after felting. Look how much it shrunk.


I was going to sew the flower on, but I'll probably glue a pin back on it so it's removable. I'll definitely be making more flowers, some felted, some not. I always have too many ideas and not enough time to do them!
