Vintage Spools

Beth at The Stories of A to Z recently posted about making her own vintage spools to decorate with. They turned out amazing! She's super creative and I would never have thought to make my own.

What it did make me think of though was my first vintage spool. Two of my uncles made a cradle for me out of one of those spools that must be used for cables and telephone wires.

Pretty resourceful if you ask me.




They didn't even have to distress it to make it look "vintage!"
