So lucky number 2013 started out pretty much to be expected. I rang in the New Year with a cold coming on and it descended upon me practically right at midnight. It knocked me (and the whole family) flat. Still getting over it. Ugh.
That said, I'm still glad 2012 is over, it was an insane year that I don't think I can repeat. The drama of course carries on into the new year, no matter how much I want to leave it in the past. Maybe my one word for the year should be survive.
Hopefully I'll at least accomplish that.
